Justin Coop DC relocated his family-based practice from Sycamore, IL, in 2015, to bring functional medicine and his proprietary Inspired Health Lifestyle Program to the greater Naperville area, where he has lived with his family for over 10 years. Although he had great results and improved many lives using traditional chiropractic, he wanted to incorporate a wellness model and program into his practice to help people move forward with their health through lifestyle choices. He recently started working with other doctors around the country, who specialize in functional health and wellness, to develop his own program centered around the five pillars of health: nervous system, hormones, detoxification, nutrition and fitness. www.inspiredhealthcenter.com
Kori Feldman MD is a family medicine physician who opened Integrative Family Health Associates in 2008 to offer integrative primary care in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. She found that despite finding success working in the conventional insurance based model, she wasn’t able to help many of her patients truly reach optimized health in an effective and sustainable way. She started expanding her services in 2015 to include an even more holistic and functional approach, including a formal wellness program that teaches people how to become independently healthy and minimally dependent on our disease care system. Dr. Feldman is extremely passionate and excited about bringing this type of healthcare to the Chicago area and would love to work together with more like-minded practitioners on igniting and spreading this movement. www.integrativefha.com
Tim Puttkammer is the Chicago regional nutraceutical consultant. He specializes in growing functional medicine practices.
